It is aimed at those responsible for the water systems in residential accommodation such as local authorities, housing associations, hostels, landlords, managing agents, educational establishments and caravan and camping site owners.

The aims are to enable candidates to state the legislative and guidance documents relative to the control of legionnaires disease including a background on how to control the risk of spread and how to carry out risk assessment.

The 1 Day course is delivered with the support of a candidate log book which will be completed at The Plumbing Academy.

Our tutors will reinforce the key knowledge requirements as well as carrying out on going assessment via the candidate log including both practical and written assignment.

Course Completion

You will be issued with a BPEC ID Card
